International Orders
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered via registered international courier services and/or international speed post only. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Generally, international orders are dispatched within 6 to 10 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation. However, delivery may take longer depending on courier or postal service norms.
Domestic Orders (Within India)
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services. Orders are typically dispatched within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order placement.
Important Note
Saraswati Silver is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the consignment is handed over to the courier/postal service within the specified dispatch timeline.
Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.
